Supplier development ensuring Nestle Quality compliances by analyzing vendor performance ratings. Working with existing suppliers on Quality, cost, delivery & sustainability to meet business requirements. Technical development of existing and new suppliers in line with Nestle compliance to ensure quality compliances, flexibility & competitiveness to support sourcing team. To coordinate with Nestle manufacturing sites for raw materials complaints related to Food safety risk, facilitate risk assessment on material disposition & drive effectiveness of CAPA. Provide oversight for change management programs in region ensuring that all changes related to suppliers are evaluated & approve prior to implementation. Build-up strong partnership programs with key suppliers to foster best learning practices, suppliers trainings/workshops, evaluation of key learnings and implementation of quality initiated programs for continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with R&D, Technical services for new raw materials risk assessment with tools such as HACCP reviews, raw material attribute questionnaires evaluation. Evaluate suppliers quality capability & where appropriate facilitate approvals for pre shipment sampling program. Coordinate testing equivalency study between Nutrition & suppliers. Leadership and project management of key regional quality program and collaboration with R&D and supply.
