In this Role, I am leading the Costing Function for Neel Metal Products, a key company of JBM Group. I am a part of Business Unit 3 which is engaged in manufacturing of various components of 2 Wheeler and 3 Wheeler for customers like Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Mahindra, ATHER, Hero etc.Here my works are including but not limited toBusiness Case Preparation for multiple customers,Tracking of customer upfront and amortization and tracking of Commercial Recoveries,Customer Purchase Order Amendments Tracking and its back to back effectiveness in our ERP,Analysis of CAPEX Proposals, reviewing actual performance of approved CAPEX at EBITDA level and Pay Back Periods,Cost Saving Projects tracking, validation of Sourcing Savings,SAP Modules Reporting, Preparation of other data for Management.Here I am working with Business Unit Head, Sourcing, Marketing, Engineering, and Plant Finance Teams.
