With over 13 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry, I am a seasoned professional in corporate strategy, project management, and new product development. I currently work as an Deputy General Manager at Tecumseh Products, a US-based multinational company that produces compressors and related products for refrigeration and air conditioning applications.In this role, I lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and engineering to improve business efficiency and reduce product and operating costs. I track the progress of key business strategies across all functions, manage the quality, cost, and delivery of new products, and drive cost take-out initiatives with a target of 5% of the addressable costs.
