The Role includes Certifier and managing Capital market Finance – (CPS & Single Stock team) desk in carrying out Production and reporting of daily Pnl and monthly BAU activities in the most efficient and effective manner to mitigate any Operation and Financial risk· Providing P&L commentary of mark to market P&L including Market drivers· Reconciling source data to ledger and Reviewing New trades, resolve any breaks along with follow up with Desk & MO· Write commentaries explaining the large daily PnL reported. This includes making use of the various key underlying market factors that drive the PnL (Actual vs Estimates)· To expedite and close any ad-hoc requests from front office, Audit/Finance & front office queries in time-based manner· Interacting with the Onshore client on a daily basis as integral part of the daily PnL finalization, governance which includes discussion on key issues of daily PnL and ways to upgrade Control environment- Rake-off dividends, Sabr rec, Pay to Hold reporting.· Perform Supervisory Control checks at EOD to ensure completeness & accuracy of PnL submitted and various other key control checks as part of final PnL signoff· Manage resources and to effectively create back up for each role with the help of a robust cross training program
