Additionally, I successfully placed 24-hour maids, 12-hour maids, and morning/evening maids in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida. I also implemented stringent security measures for clients, ensuring their safety through Aadhaar verification and comprehensive background checks.Many clients encountered difficulties in paying salaries since the maids insisted on receiving their wages in cash. To resolve this issue, we have implemented a decisive initiative. We are now providing free bank accounts to all workers and actively educating them on using these accounts and making digital transactions. Furthermore, we are offering free health insurance to those who remain with us for over three months.
