JOB PROFILE- To maintain the Quality of products - Timely dispatch the shipment / consignment with perfect quality.Our Responsibilities-1. Good understanding related to preparation and approval of Standard Testing Procedures,Specification of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-Process,finishedproduct and Stability samples are in place as per applicable products andregulatory requirements.2. Well Reversed with Calibration of Instruments.3. Responsible for Quality Audits.4. Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are in place as per ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.5. Responsible for customer complaint handling to visit customers arrange containmentactions, lead CFT for root cause analysis & corrective /preventive actions (CAPA)implementation and monitoring the effectiveness.6. Responsible for vendor related issues to visit machining vendors, arrange containmentactions, lead CFT for root cause analysis & corrective /preventive actionsimplementation and monitoring the effectiveness. Collaborate with Operations/R&D/Purchase/Sales/PPC/HR.8. Yield and Efficiency improvement Develop and conduct training program to meet quality standards.9. To assist Lab Engineer in Denier testing, Tensile strength testing, Shrinkage testing,Hard fiber,Spuntow denier,Meltingpoint,Oil pick up determination, Ash determination,Spectrophotometer analysis, Ash Content etc.10. To Maintain Daily OEE,Red Bin Analys is and In Process Rejection, APQP, FMEA & PPM.11. Effectuating cost saving initiatives; achieving cost reduction through valueengineering, reduction in breakdown, rework and waste elimination.
