1.) HT and LT Motors and Their Panels Complete Protection & it’s Maintenance. 2.) I have done complete Testing & Maintenance 220 & 48 Volt battery bank and it’s float & Boost charger. 3.)Knowledge of Plant Emergencies Diesel Generators Set. 4.) I have also done installation of Solar Pump in the plant. 5.) I have done Complete erection of 270 MVA power transformer (22/400KV), and all of its testing involved Tan delta, SFRA, turns ratio, IR (HV and LV HV-LV-E), PI, oil ppm, BDV, core dielectric, and testing of the power transformer CT by CT analyzer. 6.) I have done 2 no of overhauling of HT/LT motor at site. 7.) I have also seen the motor Rewinding Contact. 8.) I have a knowledge of SAP software like PR PO Service Order Billings. 9.) Established and maintain plans for testing HV Transformer(270MVA) & LV Transformer (0.6 MVA-2.5MVA). 10.) All testing of switchgear including CRM, Closing Time, Tripping Time, IR, PI, Vaccum Bottle test done. 11.) HT/LT Switchgears and breakers VCB VCU testing (800 A - for LT breaker & upto 1250A for HT Breaker ).
