Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper planning and sequencing of precast element installation.Assist in preparing and updating the execution schedule in line with project timelines.Participate in daily and weekly site coordination meetings.Ensure that delivery of precast elements is planned to minimize on-site storage and avoid delays. Supervision of Site ActivitiesMonitor and supervise the unloading, handling, and erection.Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, erection drawings, and method statements.Supervise and assist the erection crew to follow the proper sequence and methods.Ensure alignment, leveling, and grouting of precast units is done as per specifications. Safety & Quality ControlEnforce safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with site safety regulations.Report and manage any unsafe practices or conditions immediately.Assist the QA/QC team in conducting inspections and documenting quality checks.Ensure that defective or damaged precast units are identified and reported for replacement or repair. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily records of Precast deliveriesand Installation progress.Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project management.
