About Ankit Baheti

Ankit is currently working with Deloitte (Offices of the US) as a Consultant in Hyderabad. He looks after SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), which is a middle-ware to connect SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba. His client is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company. He has also been roped into Ariba Source-to-Pay (S2P) in addition to his CIG responsibility. He was awarded the Project Sponsored Applause Award by the client for his contribution towards setting up CIG. Ankit has completed his MBA from IIM Udaipur and has a keen interest in the field of Operations, Strategy and Marketing. He was an elected member of the Council of Student Affairs at IIM Udaipur. As a part of this committee, he was responsible for a whole lot of activities, including - but not limited to - approving and auditing funds worth 1.07 crore for student activities, managing student shuttles, solving students problems, etc. He was also the Core Committee Member for Solaris - the annual management fest of IIM Udaipur - wherein he was instrumental in handling logistics, hospitality and design team. He was also the Audit head of Utkrisht - the annual sports fest of IIM Udaipur - where he shouldered the responsibility of auditing the expenses towards the sports fest worth 20+ lakh. He was also a member of Alumni Cell of IIM Udaipur. His responsibilities included connecting with Alumni, making the database of 700+ alumni from scratch, organising events like Flashback (annual alumni meet), Aadhyay (city chapter meets), Sampark (PGP1 interaction with alumni), etc.Prior to joining IIM Udaipur, Ankit had his startup - KraftsCafe. It was an e-commerce portal which connected handicraft enthusiast worldwide with Indian artisans and craftsmen. He launched KraftsCafe from scratch and scaled to on-boarding 120 vendors, 1500 SKUs and 20 lakh in GMV. Ankit was also involved in many central and Maharashtra state government projects like Sarva Siksha Abhiyaan, Indira Aawas Yojna, various Collector Offices, Zilla Parishads, etc. and has bagged tenders under these including Science Centers, Laboratory Chemicals, Laboratory Equipment, Bicycles, Sewing Machines, Electrical and Electronic materials, etc.Ankit graduated from NIT Durgapur, an institute of National Importance, in 2014. He was very active in CCA - a club which organises the annual techno-management fest of NIT Durgapur.
