   Built and scaled the AI team at Twilio Segment and led the 0 to 1 launch of major Customer AI features at Twilio- Predictions : An automl framework that lets you predict the likelihood of any tracked behavior, churn and LTV of the users using all of your first party data. Led to some amazing customer wins across email marketing and reduced acquisition with third party advertising and regularly featured in Twilio\'s earnings calls- Recommendations : A recommendation platform that can scalably build personalized recommendations across different customers with highly varying data schema- Generative Audiences : Creating audience segmentation using natural language prompts. Led to 3x reduction in time to value for customers when creating complex audiences- Built the ML platform from scratch powering all of these features at enterprise scale.
