I have total of 19 years of Experience in Various Domains Ranging from Direct and Indirect Procurement, Outsourcing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Project Management, Plant Operations, Supply Chain Management and Cost OptimizationI am currently Leading Outsourcing Department at Samsung Electronics Mobile Phones Manufacturing Plant, my Primary responsibility includes Managing all the aspects of outsourcing vendors for timely Supplies to Company to achieve the Production KPI\'s.Broadly activities include Business allocation, Capacity Planning, Job work Costing, Resource planning, Purchase of Equipment & Services for vendors, Spares and Consumables Management, BOM parts supply management, Inventory Management, Material Loss management, New Model Launch Planning and Cost Saving Projects & Localization.My past Experience has been in Apollo Tyres Limited as Associate Manager where I managed Direct Purchase for Major Raw Materials and warehouses of Multiple Plants, Budgeting and Costing, Project Management.I am Basically a Mechanical Engineer with PGDM In Finance and 1st Position in Executive Program in Supply Chain Management from IIM Lucknow. I have been fortunate enough to apply my learnings to the various Roles I performed during my working carrier; it has helped me to develop confidence to absorb in any new kind of role.
