I am also pursuing my MBA degree in Human Resources Management and Services at DY Patil University, with an expected graduation date of June 2025. With more than four years of experience in technical recruiting, I have the ability to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various roles and technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, and big data. I am also a Google Cloud Certified professional, having completed three courses on data innovation, digital transformation, and cloud security and operations. Before joining Datametica, I worked at Saicon, a global IT consulting firm, for three years. I started as a Technical Recruiter, and then became a Team Manager, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. I was responsible for hiring for the Product Engineering/Delivery Team in India, US, and Canada, and helped the clients achieve their business goals by finding the best talent for them.
