Ankish Khatri is dedicated to solving complex problems through innovative thinking and a hands-on approach. He has been fortunate to lead highly capable teams and collaborate with talented individuals across various ventures. His early endeavours equipped him with the leadership skills that continue to guide him in his career.Ankish is grateful to have been part of several startup journeys, including TeeStall, Baghira.in, and Digital Avengers. His role often involves guiding development teams and designing products that meet the unique needs of Startups.Outside of work, Ankish believes in giving back to the community. Through the ACME Educations and Welfare Society, he has aimed to provide opportunities and improve the quality of life for many.During his academic years, Ankish authored \"Practical Hacking\" to share his knowledge in a specialized field. He was humbled to receive recognition from the Indian Government with the Young Entrepreneur Award in the 35 under 35 category.Most recently, Ankish has joined the academic community as a part-time Assistant Professor teaching User Experience (UX) Design.

   Lead and manage a team of designers, overseeing design quality and delivery across the product- Built Merlin, an internal AI tool that generates images for social media platforms based on the custom brand guidelines- Set up and manage Storybook to bridge the gap between design and development, making component handoff smoother- Built a CLI tool (similar to shadcn\'s CLI) to let developers easily add components from the package into their projects- Review designs and work on improving overall user experience across the product.
