Currently working as a Dir. of Food & Beverage for Om Vilas Benares Resort, which has which has 2 restaurants, In-room-dining and 7 banqueting venues. I lead a team of 40 F&B service professionals and 60 Culinary professionals. I joined Om Vilas Benares in 2020. Earlier I was working as a Restaurant Manager with Rivatas by Ideal but our Director Mr. Peeyush Verma called me here and gave me the responsibility to lead Food & Beverage department. I worked with dedication and responsibility under Piyush sir\'s guidance, due to which I was promoted to Director of F&B in April 2022. My focus lies on the 5 important quadrants of business which primarily start\'s with Associate satisfaction, Guest Satisfaction, driving revenue, maintaining the Brand Standard, and Profitability.
