As a Vistage Chair at Vistage Worldwide, I lead peer advisory groups for CEOs, Founders, and Business owners of small and mid-sized businesses. My passion is to help other leaders grow their businesses, enhance their performance, and achieve their goals while fostering a culture of trust, and collaboration within the Vistage community.Previously, I served as the CFO for River City Bank, which was named one of Sacramento Business Journal’s “50 Fastest Growing Companies” for six consecutive years. In 2018, I was awarded CFO of the Year. I have a strong background in audit, compliance, and consulting, having worked at KPMG LLP. My clients spanned various sectors, including banking, biotech, construction, manufacturing, non-profit, and government. I am a certified public accountant (CPA, inactive).With over 30 years of work experience in the financial services industry, I have honed my skills in financial reporting, treasury management, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, capital raising, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
