Together with my colleagues on the DeFAF team, I develop strategies for the further development and professionalisation of our NGO. This includes ideas for further (international) cooperation, network development, fundraising and communication campaigns, start-ups and other support missions to raise awareness of the benefits of agroforestry and bring suitable business models to the field. In particular, I perform the following tasks: support in planning and further development, performance and dissemination of DeFAF, maintaining and establishing contacts with potential project and cooperation partners from science, practice, politics and society, acquisition of projects and funding, organisation of and active contribution to events as a speaker, recruitment of members, creating promotional material, representing the diverse interests of members and, on this basis, developing corresponding services and offers, processing technical enquiries and performing representative tasks, general office management.
