Led architectural migration from a monolith to a hybrid microservices setup using Node.js, Bun, AWS Lambda, EC2, and Docker—achieving single-click deploys via GitHub Actions and reducing latency and cloud costs through strategic service consolidation. Built a resumable, secure file upload system by extending the TUS protocol with JWT-based auth, enabling reliable chunked uploads with resume support —optimized for distributed microservices 🧩. Implemented real-time event streaming using a custom SSE server, replacing costly WebSocket infra and enabling low-latency updates across services with minimal overhead. Drove platform scalability and integrations, including S3/CloudFront vault, SES, Google Sheets, Discord, and TagMango—paired with streamlined DevOps workflows and smoother onboarding 🧑. Resulted in user growth from 57 → and partner expansion from 2 → 11 🤝.
