As a part of Remote Transition one of Warner Bros business Turner from Argentina to Hyderabad capability center.• As a part of ERP transformation from Oracle Peoplesoft to SAP S4 HANA by conducting UAT test cases.• Creation of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and get sign-off approval from the clients for the activities to ensure procedures are continuously updated to reflect the current practices and policies.• Performing Daily cash and Bank reconciliations and post the necessary required entries to maintain it clear for Open Items by following with respective teams.• Posting required quarterly, monthly allocation accruals entries, reclass entries.• Preparation and posting the netting entries every midmonth between the multi business units which having payable IC balances with one business unit to other to clear open items in IC.• Also posting the Cash account sweeps entries every midmonth where we receives inputs from the Treasury every month, those bank accounts doesn’t having improper balances.• Posting the prepaid amortization entries every midmonth those expenses recognizes.• Performing the Balance Sheet Reconciliations as per the Warner Bros Discovery policy and maintain recon files as per Warner Bros Discovery format.• As per WBD policy need to perform Reconciliations balances having greater than 10K and we will clear the all the Open Items which not to exceed greater than 90 days by following up respective teams and also with business leads to get more details on unidentified transactions.• Posting the cash pool interest entries on every quarter which we receive input from the Treasury team.• Preparing and posting the payroll actuals and accruals entries from Payroll team.
