Though early in my tenure, I have actively engaged in the following responsibilities:Assisting in the diagnosis and resolution of IT issues related to hardware, software, and networks.Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and business-critical applications.Performing initial system updates, backups, and basic security checks in cloud-based environments.Monitoring IT systems and network performance, escalating issues proactively when necessary.Contributing to cybersecurity efforts by following established security protocols and best practices.Beginning the process of documenting IT procedures and updating inventory records of hardware and software assets.Assisting with cloud infrastructure under the guidance of senior technicians, using Microsoft Azure and AWS.In addition to core IT responsibilities, I am also working on client-facing web development projects where I:Design and build responsive websites tailored to client requirements using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Customize themes and integrate plugins like WooCommerce and Elementor to enhance functionality.Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience.Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure deliverables align with expectations.Provide ongoing website maintenance and technical support post-deployment.This hybrid role is strengthening my expertise across both enterprise IT support and modern web technologies, allowing me to deliver comprehensive technical solutions that support business growth and operational resilience.
