Since 1995, when I joined the team I have enjoyed working here as Manager HR, Recruiter as well as a Project Manager for some of the Software Applications we have custom built for our clients.Computer Ware, recruits relatively fresh talent (with 12-18 months working experience) as well as associate level (2-5 yrs exp) candidates exposing them to the latest trends and technologies in IT.Our strength lies in providing cutting edge yet cost effective solutions which are robust yet scalable to accommodate he growing IT needs of our clients. Many of Computer Ware\'s customers- are more than a decade old with us.We typically recruit Delhi/NCR based Dotnet / PHP Developers (2-4 yrs exp), System Admin (2-5 yrs exp), Desktop Support Executive ( 1-2 Yrs exp), MIS - Inhouse sales exec ( 1-2 yrs exp) My experience of working as a school counsellor combined with the employee-centric attitude of the management helps to forge deep and lasting bonds with team. Bonds that remain and continue even after some colleagues move onto bigger outfits.
