RVS oversees a business portfolio worth approximately $2 billion, spread across three sub-groups, Credit Solutions (CS), Data, Valuations & Risk Analytics (DVR), and Global Insight (GI) and is supported by a global team of over 2,500 professionals, including in technology and ~1,500 across product and business functions.RVS offers a range of solutions, including data, research, models, and analytics, to help clients make informed decisions about risk management using a successful and promising technology strategy.In my role as ‘Head of Security and Technology Operations’ for RVS, I’m focused on driving a security-first culture, while strengthening our technology platforms with resilience, automation, and operational excellence.Key pillars of my teams\' vision are:• Embed Security by design and consistent risk controls across the SDLC, Infrastructure, and Network leveraging AI-driven threat detection and automated policy enforcement.• Ensure Compliance and platform hygiene through Audit & Controls, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), Penetration Tests, Tech Debt and automated compliance checks.• Strengthen Resiliency across platforms to better withstand disruptions through proactive incident management, robust release practices, and disciplined change controls with automated rollback mechanisms.• Advance Operational Excellence by embedding engineering and process-rigor, scaling outcomes with speed, safety, automation, and AI-powered efficiency.• Harness data-driven insights and continuous improvement to fuel Business Impact and strategic decision-making across the organization using intelligent analytics, predictive indicators, and real-time reporting.
