Job responsibilities-Handling End to End Recruitment for Junior, Middle as well as Senior Level Positions.Interaction with the hiring Manager & understanding their requirement, discussing the exact job profile with them-Posting ads on job portals, profile search through database & from another portals side. Taking Initial Round of Interviews -Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes searching/sourcing potential candidates, short listing them in accordance with the requirement from the various sources viz. database, referrals, networking etc-Initial technical screening of candidates with a fair measure of accuracy.Interacting with candidates, give them a preview about the company, the interview process & the roles & responsibilities-Scheduling Interviews as per the Hiring Manager specifications, intimating the shortlisted candidates about the interviews-Follow up with the Hiring manager and for feedback-Maintaining the Database
