I ensure that all the cash up is done at the end of the night and ensure that everything is cleaned and locked up ready for the next day. I am trained both on the bar and in the kitchen.

ABOUT ANJULI PATEL
I am currently completing my Postgraduate Conservation Science MSc at the University of Kent where I will further expand my knowledge in research techniques, data analysis and sustainable practices. I have completed my undergraduate degree in Wildlife Conservation Bsc achieving a 2:1 gaining many skills in data analysis, development planning, research techniques and sustainable practices. I am highly enthusiastic and hard working with a passion for conservation who works well in teams and independently. This degree further expanded my knowledge and skills into various fields through technical and practical techniques. I completed my undergraduate dissertation on Special Educational Needs across Zoos and Sanctuaries across the UK to analyse how conservation education can be made more inclusive and readily available for everyone. I volunteer at The Big Cat Sanctuary where I look after a range of cats by preparing food and helping to conduct the necessary checks. This has given me an incredible insight into how sanctuaries run and the processes that are required to care for a range of animals. In previous years I have helped the education stall during the annual open days to help educate individuals into the risks different these species are facing as well as the implications of habitat fragmentation. Alongside my studies, I am a duty supervisor at Woody\'s Bar for Kent Union at the University of Kent. This required good organisation skills to work alongside a degree and complete both to the best of my abilities.
