ABOUT ANJITA BUDHATHOKI
I chose Biomedical Engineering to combine my fascination with cutting-edge science and my drive to improve lives through innovative solutions. I am currently an undergraduate at the University of North Texas, specializing in biotechnology and minoring in Mathematics, with a keen interest in cancer research and cellular engineering. Under the mentorship of Dr. Clement Chan, I’ve contributed to protein and cellular engineering projects that have sharpened my research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Beyond the lab, I’ve developed strong time management, teamwork, and leadership abilities—whether it’s collaborating in the classroom, volunteering with the Nepalese Student Association, or leading group projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MATLAB, COMSOL, and Multisim further enriches my technical toolkit. I’m a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments, and I’m excited to explore new challenges at the intersection of biomedical innovation and real-world impact.
