ABOUT ANJESH KHAN

As a clinical pharmacist at VMMC & SJH, I apply my knowledge and skills in pharmacology and toxicology to provide safe and effective medication therapy for patients with various conditions, especially in oncology. I work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy, monitor drug interactions, educate patients and caregivers, and conduct medication reconciliation. I also have a master\'s degree in pharmacology and toxicology from NIPER Hyderabad, where I completed a one-year research fellowship in oncology, exploring the molecular mechanisms and pharmacological interventions of cancer. Prior to that, I worked as a business executive at Thirties Pharma, where I was responsible for sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products in different regions. I have over three years of combined work experience in the pharmacy field, and I have developed skills in hospital pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy sales, and research. My core competencies include clinical pharmacology, oncology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug development, and patient education. My mission is to use my expertise and passion for pharmacology and toxicology to improve the quality of life and health outcomes of patients, and to contribute to the advancement of science and medicine in the field of oncology.
