Anjelica Zalin works at the intersection of investment management, real estate, and sustainability to provide clients with bespoke solutions for their leadership needs. She specializes in the identification and recruitment of top tier talent across a variety of functions. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance (ESG), and Investment Management practices, Anjelica works with global clients on a variety of search and advisory needs. Anjelica joined Russell Reynolds Associates with deep executive search experience from Korn Ferry, where she worked within Real Estate and broader financial services. Her experience within executive search has spanned multiple industries and functions for a broad range of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to the world’s leading private equity firms and investment managers. While her expertise within investment management is broad, she has primarily focused on board and executive level positions across real estate investment, corporate development, asset management and finance. Anjelica received her B.A. from University of California, Irvine graduating almost a year early and appeared on the Dean’s Honor list for multiple, consecutive quarters. Anjelica also led scholastic development initiatives for Pi Beta Phi.
