Hi, I’m Anjel Perez. I’m a Deaf entrepreneur, actress, and the founder of Take One Management, based in NYC. I’ve dedicated my work to elevating Deaf creatives in entertainment and ensuring American Sign Language (ASL) access across TV, film, and live events.I’ve worked on projects like PBS Kids, Nickelodeon, and the Super Bowl to support ASL access and advocate for greater Deaf visibility in media.This is why I founded Take One Management. We represent Deaf artists, offer ASL consulting, and help shape events that prioritize accessibility. Whether it’s a red carpet, children’s programming, or live sports, we bring in Deaf led teams to integrate sign language I strongly believe that where there is a will, there is a way.
