Anjeanette has over 20 years of experience in Project Engineering & Management and Maintenance & Reliability Excellence. She has consistently delivered favorable results in capital project engineering and management, reliability engineering, maintenance management, construction support, manufacturing leadership, and corporate reliability leadership roles. She has strong knowledge and skills in people leadership, communication, technical, safety, and organizational change management. In her current role as Operations Manager, Anjeanette provides oversight, leadership, and technical support for the Plant Services/Industrial Services sites. She is a member of Day & Zimmermann’s (D&Z’s) Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Team; Multicultural Resource Group Leadership Team, and Women’s Resource Group Leadership Team where she serves as a mentor and facilitator for the D&Z Circles.
