My prior experience at Tech Mahindra, where I led sales operations for Continental Europe, a $300Mn+ business portfolio, further honed my ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, in terms of planning targets for the region, accounts and sales team, supporting the team in building strong pipeline and maintaining its hygiene, revenue forecasting and mitigating any potential revenue gaps, reporting to the leadership on region, account and sales team performance and planning incentives for the sales team.
