About Anja Ollodart

I am a dedicated scientist and PM with over 15 years of experience in synthetic biology, infectious disease, and genetics basic research, as well as medically focused industry experience in genetic testing. I have managed my own research projects, as well as the projects of a 5 person team. I have a passion for problem solving and developing more efficient processes to accomplish research and business goals. I enjoy being the wearer of many hats, and thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments. Some accomplishments I am proud of:1. Creation & validation of a new genetic testing report in under 2 months in response to new business opportunity. 1 day turn-around on almost all customer concerns relating to genetic result reporting. Successful management of major content updates and upgrades by a team of dedicated genetic counselors. Multiple collaborations within grad school using custom made bioreactors, allowing for an instrument I built to see wider use within the community. Contributed to multiple publications, both my own and of other graduate and post doctoral students.
