I am an MBA candidate at GITAM School of Business with a growing passion for Human Resources, organizational culture, and the people side of business. I believe that behind every successful organization lies not just strategy or numbers, but people, purpose, and meaningful connections.Currently, I serve as the Social Media Head for the HR & Communication Club at GITAM School of Business, where I work at the intersection of creativity and strategy designing content, driving engagement, and shaping digital communication that connects ideas with people.Previously, I worked as a Human Resources Intern at Ridhiira Group, where I gained hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, and daily HR operations. This experience strengthened my understanding that HR is not just about processes, it is about building environments where individuals can grow, contribute, and thrive.My journey so far reflects a balance between structured business thinking and creative expression.
