Prepare, monitor and control production budgets to ensure adherence to approved budgets Ensure ongoing identification of improvement methodologies to drive improvements in product quality, process efficiency and productivity Improvements- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities and manage Shifts so as to ensure daily workload is consistently completed with a high standard with available resources- Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timelines- Responsible for achievement of production (Electronics Assembly, Mechanical Assembly Molding, Machine Shop)/ dispatch as per plans as well as a continuous reduction in cost & quality-related rejection and rework, managing the supply chain with emphasis on continuous reduction & timely deliveries of sourced raw material and other inputs- Responsible to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts reducing waste and inefficiencies by using lean tools such as Operating System, Lean, Sigma, A3, Toyota Production, X -matrix- To Improvements Unit per man hour/unit per man-hour rate and Improvements - Implementation of Lean-7waste hunt, Lean clever automation, Problem-solving, visual management- Driving innovation Culture at the plant level and identifying Improvements Projects.
