For me, recruitment has always been more than just filling positions it’s about connecting people with opportunities where they can truly thrive.My journey in talent acquisition began with a curiosity for understanding people their skills, motivations, and what drives them professionally. Over the years, I’ve built experience across both IT and Non-IT recruitment, managing the entire hiring lifecycle: from understanding business needs and sourcing the right talent, to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.At Techsophy, I took ownership of the full recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners to refine job descriptions, improve selection workflows, and create a candidate experience rooted in communication and transparency. Every successful hire felt like a shared win for the company, the candidate, and me.My time at KKR Consultancy gave me the chance to explore the non-IT talent landscape, where I honed my sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster, while also managing vendor coordination and C2C placements (W2, 1099, C2C) with accuracy and compliance.What drives me most is the impact helping teams grow stronger and individuals find their next great career move.
