Discovering biomarkers for postpartum breast cancer- My aim is to explore the factors contributing to the aggressive nature of postpartum breast cancer in young women by utilizing genomics, transcriptomics (both bulk and spatial), and pathological data- I will conduct integrative data analysis and develop statistical models for this- These models will be used to predict factors associated with clinical outcomes and identify prognostic markers.
