Identity Governance and LCS / JML Automation Implementation using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC). This process includes 300 plus sources, taking Workday as the authoritative source, 50K plus identities and 400K plus entitlements. RBAC model is built to help users gain the required access in their respective technologies.• Configured and Onboarded Web Service applications by collecting all the authentication and connection settings data from the application team and also by building the missing endpoints.• Developed joiner Workflow to automate the user invitation emails. Self-registration was set up and a magic link was used for passwordless authentication of the user as part of the joiner workflow• Implemented connector and cloud rules to further enhance the working of the application according to the requirements. Used the Rule Development Kit to validate the rules.• Configured Non-Employee Risk Management – NERM with multiple non-employee types, theirassignments using LifeCycle in NERM. Developed and deployed Workflows to automate onboarding new non-employee, make updates and batch workflows to maintain the active / inactive status.• Built Transforms to fulfill the Json data transformation to show the data changes. Worked on creating LCS transforms and identity profile lifecycle configurations• On boarded Microsoft Entra ID source and configured the attribute schema, set up identity profile and set up aggregation scheduling for the same source to aggregate guest users.• Prepared product documentations and Go Live sheet. Worked on post production and troubleshooting as a follow-up of the Go Live and communicated with the application team to effectively make fixes.• Developed termination workflow, to terminate users whose LCS changed to Inactive by removing roles from the users as part of the workflow• Built mover workflow, where an email notification is sent to either the IAM team or intended users when the environment or the email of the user changes.
