A highly motivated and focused finance professional with a strong passion for finance, aiming to pursue a rewarding career in the field while contributing to an organization\'s growth and continually expanding knowledge and skills. During an internship at SPA Capital Advisors Ltd, she assisted the team in examining market data for publicly traded and privately held companies, gaining hands-on experience in calculating the Fair Market value of companies/shares using various valuation models, such as DCF, Net Asset Value, Comparable Analysis, and Black Scholes Model. Additionally, she applied relevant accounting standards and regulations like Rule 11UA, ASC 835-20, and Rule 141R to ensure accurate valuations. In November 2021, she had the privilege of volunteering with the UN V-Force in Jalandhar, Punjab, participating in the UNV India Skill-A-Thon on \"Fundraising & Collaborations,\" further honing their communication and collaboration skills while contributing to a meaningful cause. In terms of technical skills, she has expertise in MS Excel, MS Office, and Tableau, enabling efficient analysis and presentation of financial data. She has obtained a certification in Excel for Corporate Finance Professionals, showcasing proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and modeling. Additionally, she completed a comprehensive Finance Course and training from Teach nook Wassenaar IIT Bhubaneshwar, enhancing their understanding of various finance concepts.Aside from technical expertise, she possesses a range of power skills that contribute to success in the finance industry. she is comfortable working in teams and excels in collaborative environments, leveraging the strengths of colleagues.She takes pride in their achievements, which reflect dedication and skills. In September 2021, she secured the 3rd position in the District-Level Red Ribbon Clubs Declamation Contest, showcasing imaginative and persuasive public speaking skills. Similarly, she achieved the 2nd position in the Interdepartmental Debate Contest in September 2019, demonstrating the ability to effectively articulate and defend ideas.
