Implementation of EHS standards based on regulatory requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements related to Health & Safety.3. Conducting daily, weekly & monthly safety inspections, internal audits, preparing reports & action plans to ensure compliances as per requirement.4. Preparing & updating documents & activities related to OHS management system, like: HIRA, Impact & Aspect, SOPs, Emergency plan, Legal obligations, EHSQ manual etc.5. Identifying training needs of staff/workers, and conducting safety trainings, tool box talks meetings & induction trainings.6. Identifying probable emergencies that can be arise, preparing emergency response procedures & plans and conducting mock drills for awareness.7. Conducting incident/accident investigations, drive root cause analysis to develop corrective & preventive action plans.8. Monitoring of Environment; like water, air emissions, ambient noise etc. on regular basis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Preparation & tracking of water consumption & energy consumption like: fuel, electricity, gases etc. to ensure the sustainable development of the facility. Ensuring proper segregation & disposal of Hazardous waste, Solid waste, E- Waste etc. according to the regulatory requirements. Preparing monthly EHS MIS & maintaining documents as per the requirements & ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Conducting EHS promotional activities like: National Safety Week, National Fire Day, World Environment Day, Road Safety Week, Safety Reward & Recognition programs etc.
