Hello there! Whether we share a history or are just beginning to forge a connection, I would like to to utilize this space to offer you glimpses into my journey.I am the culmination of the experiences I lived and the encounters that wove into my story—a true fusion of cultures, languages, and worldviews. Growing up in culturally diverse environments nurtured my profound understanding of global diversity from a young age. My appetite for cross-cultural connections, led my educational and professional journey that spans continents, shaping my unique worldview and equipping me with skills that complement my approach.I am currently serving as the Global DEIB Program Director at Michigan State University, I contribute to structural shifts and contribute to policies fostering equity. Much of my time is dedicated to crafting transformative learning experiences that disrupt biases, nurture empathy, and bridge cultural divides. My pedagogical approach empowers individuals to communicate fluidly across cultures, fostering inclusivity.As a proud third-culture woman and the co-founder of @3KindPerspective, I draw inspiration from my understanding of human experiences. My research in Intercultural Communication Competence (ICC) development is rooted in the conviction that embracing differences catalyzes growth.
