The subsidiary company, under elevance health, Specializes in developing advanced technology solutions and offering operational support to address complex healthcare challenges. I worked as a UX Designer, Working around various types of healthcare products that come between Providers, Members and the Insurance Company. Provider Chatbot As a UX designer, I improved the healthcare provider chatbot with enhanced performance for seamless user experiences, Humanised dialogue flows, reducing live agent engagement & Improved UI for easier navigation. This helped in reducing the time spent by the provider on the chatbot to retrieve member info, Reduced live agent interaction, which saved upto 55% cost spent on the product. Benefit Booklet As a UX Designer on this project, I devised an all-in-one app for healthcare stakeholders, improving collaboration and policy creation. I analysed tools, defined user roles, created wireframes, workflows and user flows for multiple users, shifting 95% of work online, reducing errors by 73% and increasing policy speed by 53%. Visibility Programme During my tenure on carelon\'s UX team, I recognised a need for a deeper understanding of UX Principles. I took the initiative to introduce a company-wide effort that significantly enhanced awareness of UX and it\'s transformative potential endeavour not only provided designers with more comprehensive UX opportunities but also elevated our approach to design thinking and product development, ultimately benefiting the entire organization.
