I had been moved from EY to IBM in December 2021 to work for the EY-IBM Talent Alliance. The Centre of excellence had jointly developed solutions to help our clients attract, retain and upskill the workforce by combining the complementary abilities of IBM Talent Transformation and EY People Advisory Services to drive true innovation and end-to-end services for HR Transformation. I\'m currently being assigned by IBM to EY Global Delivery Services to look after the EY Onboarding/Offboarding for all the locations across India. Looking forward to see more exciting opportunities in future by being a strong pillar to the IBM-EY Alliance.
