About Anjali Bapat
I am a Masters in Data Science and Business Analytics graduate from UNC Charlotte. My interest lies in building machine learning models, bringing insights from data, creating visualizations.I have recently worked with GoodRoads,LLC as Data Scientist, where I was involved in all the stages of data journey from data extraction, data engineering, data manipulation, data modeling. I worked with geospatial data. I create data pipeline to load the data to database, perform data manipulation, data cleaning and create visualizations. Predicted road rating with accuracy of 80% by doing feature engineering and coming up with important features using Boruta. Also built decision tree classifier to make decisions on which maintenance type to use on a specific road under certain conditions. I have 5.5 years of experience working in infrastructure domain as Technical Analyst, where I have worked with different clients across the globe and analysed reports and created KHI dashboard to monitor the health of servers which help in revealing problems that can impact the user experience.
