I am currently working as an Associate Analyst in Risk Management Services with the GETE COE team which is part of Growth and Innovations at EY Global Delivery Services (India). My role focuses on enabling seamless coordination and collaboration across global teams, while ensuring that processes and operations align with EY’s risk management framework.With a strong foundation in operations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, I support critical functions that contribute to building secure, efficient, and sustainable client solutions. My responsibilities include:Coordinating across alliances and ecosystems to ensure smooth communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners.Supporting risk management practices by monitoring compliance, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency.Leveraging analytical and organizational skills to manage dashboards, track progress, and provide timely updates for better decision-making.Assisting leadership and stakeholders with process improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and mitigate risks. I am passionate about developing expertise in risk management, operations, and global coordination.
