ABOUT ANJALI V.
I just graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with majors in Environmental Engineering and Applied Mathematics. This summer I am working as a process engineering intern at a water treatment utility. I will be traveling the world for a year after this experience to connect with my family. After my travels, I plan to attend graduate school. Following that, I would like to start an engineering industry or consulting career, or move on to law school. I am a diligent, hardworking, and compassionate individual dedicated to integrating sustainability, community, and social justice into technical systems. My goal is to create solutions that empower others and foster a more equitable and thriving society. In my work, I make sure to not only use my engineering problem solving and technical skills, but also my creativity and care for aesthetics. As the child of immigrants from contrasting cultures, I acknowledge the importance of using multiple perspectives to approach situations and I adopt this mentality in everything I do.
