Over 14 years in IT, including 9 years working as Project/Program Manager at the intersection of technology and banking leading projects that range from cloud optimization and digital payments to building scalable API platforms. I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the biggest names in the industry HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Reliance Jio and through these experiences, one thing has stayed consistent, my belief in doing meaningful, dependable work.I\'m not just someone who checks boxes or chases timelines. I like understanding the \"why\" behind what we’re building and making sure it actually solves the right problem. I’m hands-on when needed, but also know when to step back and let the team lead. I care deeply about doing things the right way even if it takes a little longer because I believe quality, consistency, and clarity always win in the long run.People who’ve worked with me often say I bring calm to chaos. I take that as a compliment. I approach my work with a clear head, a structured plan, and a collaborative mindset. I enjoy working across teams tech, business, vendors, because the best results usually come from alignment, not just effort.I’ve led high-impact programs, managed cross-functional teams, reduced cloud costs significantly, and helped launch products that serve millions. But beyond the outcomes, I take pride in how I show up: reliable, thoughtful, and always willing to roll up my sleeves when things get tough.
