10 years of experience in early and rapid growth startups (MVP to $1 billion company post-exit). Core competencies in data analytics, product management, and growth. I combine a diverse set of hard technical skills (SQL, Python, statistical testing, UX/UI design, product management) with a wealth of domain knowledge and proven track record to match. As an early hire at Pluto TV, where I was the first data hire, I helped build and scale the analytics function from scratch, directly managed $100+ million in marketing, helped scale the company from MVP to 30 MM+ users, led product analytics A/B testing, build sophisticated models and deal analysis that drove millions in revenue, played a crucial role in its $340M acquisition by Paramount, and helped pave the way for it to eventually become a billion dollar company. Now in my current role as the first full-time hire at Telly (one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024), I’ve spent three years at the intersection of product, engineering, and data. I\'ve directly managed the product design teams, helping ship 43 features across six major releases, designed product a/b testing experiments, defined company KPIs and product requirements and design for key MVP features, leading to +100k Mobile App downloads in the first month of launch.
