Owner & Clinical Director at Shanti Psychotherapy Clinic | Psychotherapist | EMDR Practitioner | Workshop Facilitator | Business Coach for Therapists I am a passionate, grounded, and hard-working professional with nearly 25 years of experience dedicated to supporting mental health and wellness for adults, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. As the Owner and Clinical Director of Shanti Psychotherapy Clinic, a group practice, I specialize in providing compassionate care through psychotherapy and EMDR, helping individuals heal and thrive in their personal journeys. Beyond clinical practice, I am committed to driving systemic change through tailored workshops for corporate and healthcare teams. These workshops focus on vital topics such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through compassion, healing from intergenerational trauma, effective communication, and more. Giving back to my profession is equally important to me. Through my program, Mindset Business Coaching for Therapists, I support fellow therapists in navigating the ever-changing landscape of our industry. By focusing on authenticity, ethical practices, and sustainable growth, I help them scale their practices while staying true to their values. In addition to my professional work, I am deeply invested in supporting community programs that uplift BIPOC youth and equity-deserving communities. I believe that mental health access and equity are foundational to building resilient, thriving communities.
