Fixed asset - This role involves managing and accounting for fixed assets to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key tasks include maintaining the fixed asset register, creating Fixed assets and disposing them, doing capitalizations for the AUCs, calculating depreciation, reconciling accounts & doing roll forwards, and preparing reports. It requires expertise in ERP SAP systems, and strong analytical skills to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.Intercompany - This role focuses on managing and reconciling intercompany transactions to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. Key responsibilities include processing intercompany invoices, reconciling balances between entities, recording payments to the vendors, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to transfer pricing policies. It requires proficiency in Oracle systems JDE, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of accounting standards to streamline processes and maintain financial accuracy across the organization.
