Read and understand customer contracts and help teamleaders in highlighting invoicing conditions applied on contracts which has time & material, fixed price, milestone, anddeliverables-based transaction billing.Reconcile the accrued revenue accounts and tieback to billing.Create invoice of customers for services rendered.Verify the supporting documents.Changes to the proforma invoice, make edits and send the customer the final invoice.Generate final invoices in accounting system, Oracle.Issue debit and credit memos and statements to customers, cancel or void invoices, and respond to customer concerns related to billing.Maintaining customer-wise spreadsheets and files and tracking the status of invoices. Update customers’ files by making changes such as their contact information to their master files.Liaising with the Operations and Accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding inquiries.Help AR, Collections and Cash Application team members in allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.Daily,weekly and month-end unbilled reporting and account reconciliations.
