ABOUT ANITTA RAJU

As a Senior Analyst at Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA), I apply my analytical and process improvement skills to optimize the supply chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, to identify and resolve issues, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. I have over three years of experience in supply chain management, working in different roles and capacities at NSHA. I started as a Stores Clerk, where I handled inventory, procurement, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. I then moved to the Supply Chain Coordinator position, where I managed multiple projects, such as the transition to a new warehouse management system, the consolidation of suppliers, and the negotiation of contracts and pricing. I also developed and maintained strong customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders and resolving complaints and inquiries. In recognition of my performance and achievements, I was promoted to the Senior Analyst role in August 2023. I hold Master\'s degrees in commerce one from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore-575003. I have post baccalaureate diploma in supply chain management from Cape Breton University,Sydney-NS.I graduated with distinction and deans list from both institutions, demonstrating my academic excellence and dedication. I also have relevant skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data analysis, and communication, which I leverage to support the supply chain function and the NSHA\'s mission and vision. I am a standard driven and ambitious professional who is motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. I am passionate about supply chain management and its impact on the health care sector and the society. I aspire to become a leader and a mentor in this field, and to contribute to the innovation and transformation of the supply chain processes and systems.
