Responsible for ensuring the management, delivery and strategic development of our customer’s platform experience by ensuring their operational area provides market leading service standards as they support our customers transacting on the platform. Strong knowledge of the proposition, the tax wrappers, the regulations and the technology. Leading a team of 25 financial professionals through a period of significant change and transformation of the finance function, whilst continuing to deliver all outputs to a very high standard. This requires clear articulation and management of priorities and workload. Playing a leading role in the Finance Transformation Programme, driving process improvement on all aspects. Working in partnership with Risk SOx, internal and external audit teams(PWC) to ensure compliance with all financial controls. Working on shaping and developing a full finance decision support function which provides insight and support to the business. Looking after our key clients and ensuring that all trading items are kept within SLA. Focusing on:• KPIs• Client Money Regulations (CASS Rules)• Building and developing teams as well as managing a range of stakeholders • UK Platform and Tax Wrapper regulations• FCA T&C regulations• AUK Risk Appetite• TCF• Internal Audit and Compliance Requirements• Customer Retention Activities• AUK Proposition and Processes
